Music
Music fills the soul
where words cannot be spoken.
Music fills the mind
when those cannot think.
The rhythm and the tone
the beat felt through my bones;
music takes my place
when things cannot be said.
Songs are sung,
and notes are played,
and tones are heard,
and keys are hit.
Music fills our hearts
with words: replaced.
