"Cry"

It was five o’clock in the morning
Walkin’ down that street
All I could see was the stars and you

It was like a story
I had so often heard
So when you leaned towards me and kissed me
I wasn’t scared

It started out beautiful
Like every fairytale
From Cinderella to Snow White
I know you’d be there
To catch me when I fell

Oh and I fell
But you didn’t catch me that time no~
You let me slip through your arms
And I crashed into the ground

It was so beautiful
That it almost brought tears to my eyes
But I wouldn’t cry
Not in front of you
Never in front of you~

Do you ask yourself why?
Why did you let me go?
I’m coming back to you

I’ll never cry for you
‘Cause you not worth my tears~
I can’t cry for you
‘Cause you aren’t the one in my heart
I guess I just moved on

"Come Back Home"

Looking back at the night sky
As I run from you
I wonder where I went wrong
I remember those days so clearly

I remember lying in the grass
And looking at the clouds
I remember when we were children
You said one day that you’d marry me
What went wrong?

What happened then, please tell me
Why did you have to go?
You promised me first not those others
Will I ever see you again?
My soldier boy

Three years have gone by
I try so hard to just forget you
But I remember those days
Almost like yesterday
Please tell me why!

Why did you have to go?
I keeping asking myself this question
I’m down here on my knees now
My soldier boy~

So I’m standing here today
You don’t know how much I miss you~
I know I’ll always ask myself this question

Oh why, did you have to go?
‘Cause I know that if you didn’t you’d be with me
And now I cry to myself in this crowd
And the flag closes gently
My soldier boy
